Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed on https://femmeelixir.com with femmeelixir ("we", "us"), whose contact details are at the end of this document. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these terms, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

1. Orders

We sell to consumers in the United States for personal use. Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email; a contract is formed when we accept the order, at the latest when we email the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. In that case we refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, where we are required to collect it. Shipping costs are shown before you place the order. Promotional codes are subject to the conditions shown with them and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Payment

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. For bank transfer or similar methods, we email the payment details and your items are reserved for the period shown at checkout (72 hours by default); unpaid orders are cancelled automatically when the reservation ends. We ship only after payment is confirmed. Card details, if a card payment method is offered, are handled by the payment processor and never stored by us.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship within the United States with DHL as described on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the shipping address.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an unpaid order from your account or the order confirmation link. Returns and refunds are described on our Returns & exchanges page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Product information and safe use

Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the full ingredient list and warnings on the product page and the label before use, patch test new products on a small area of skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product suggestions from the AI consultant are informational and are not medical advice. Where California Proposition 65 requires a warning for a product, it is shown on the product page before you buy.

If you have a reaction to a product, stop using it and, if it is severe, seek medical help. Then tell us using the contact form ("A reaction to a product") so we can respond and meet our product safety obligations.

7. Warranty and limitation of liability

We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged, defective or not as ordered (see the Returns page). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law and disputes

9. Changes

The version of these terms in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Earlier versions stay available below.
