Where we ship

We ship with DHL to street addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, military (APO/FPO) addresses, US territories or outside the United States. If an address cannot be served, checkout tells you before you pay.

Methods, prices and delivery times

The available DHL methods, their prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place the order. When a free shipping threshold applies, your bag shows how much is left to reach it. Some products — for example aerosols or products containing alcohol — may only be available with certain methods because of carrier rules; checkout shows this as well.

Delivery times are estimates in business days and start when your order ships. We ship only after payment is confirmed; orders paid by 1 p.m. Eastern on a business day usually leave the same day, others the next business day.

Tracking

We email you a DHL tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. You can also see the tracking number in your account or on the order page linked from your confirmation email.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the shipping address, where we are required to collect it.

Late, damaged or missing items

If your parcel is late, arrives damaged or is missing an item, write to us using the contact form or at [email protected] with your order number within [14] days of the expected delivery date. We will contact DHL and replace or refund the affected items.
